The school didn't appear that big, although there must've been some parts we didn't see, because our class never encountered another group.

We were split up into 2 groups, since we had to do some of the prep work in groups.
One of the items we made was green curry, so each table was tasked with prepping the items to go into the mortar and pestle, which we each took a turn in using.

Lunch included a mixed fruit salad to start, including learning how to make a tomato flower,

Dessert was egg custard in squash, which we also made as a group.

After class, we figured walking back to the hotel was a good idea, even though it was hot. Doing so, rather than taking the metro meant we could see things like
bananas just growing over a wall, onto the sidewalk.
Glad you got to do this with A...always more fun to cook with friends (or cousins ;) ).
